Creative Direction & Collection Design
From brand immersion to final mood boards, I develop the creative framework for your textile collection. This includes color palette development, material direction, print and embroidery design, and technical specification drawings. Every element is designed to align with your brand's visual language and market positioning.
Product Development & Prototyping
I manage the full product development cycle: fabric sourcing, strike-off approvals, sample creation, fit reviews, and tech pack finalization. Working directly with European ateliers, I ensure every prototype meets the quality standards your brand demands — from fabric weight and hand-feel to colorfastness and shrinkage.
European Sourcing & Supply Chain
I connect you with pre-vetted, certified European manufacturers — no middlemen. My atelier network spans France (Normandy and Vosges linen weavers), Portugal (embroidery and finishing specialists), and Poland (competitive EU manufacturing). All partners hold OEKO-TEX and/or GOTS certifications.
Production Oversight & Quality Control
Based in France and Switzerland, I provide on-site production oversight throughout the manufacturing process. This includes pre-production QC (AQL 2.5), inline inspections, lab testing to ISO 3758 and EU REACH standards, and final inspection with measurement checks and packaging audits.
Collection Strategy & Seasonal Planning
Beyond individual products, I help brands plan multi-season expansion roadmaps. Which SKUs to launch first, how to build seasonal drops, when to introduce new categories, and how to optimize the product mix for maximum margin and brand storytelling impact.
